By accessing and using PixFix ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

PixFix is an AI-powered photo restoration service that uses machine learning algorithms to enhance and restore old, damaged, or blurred photographs. The service:

• Accepts JPG and PNG image files up to 5MB in size
• Processes images using Replicate's GFPGAN AI model
• Provides before/after comparison and download capabilities
• Automatically deletes original files within 24 hours

Usage Limitations

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or offensive content
• Upload images that violate any person's privacy rights or intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to process images you do not own or have permission to modify
• Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or other technical restrictions
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary license to process your images for restoration purposes only.

Our Service: The PixFix service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

Our Service uses Replicate for AI processing. Your use of the Service is also subject to Replicate's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical difficulties
• Third-party service outages
• Force majeure events

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixFix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

PixFix uses external AI services that incur costs:

• Costs are covered by the service operator
• Rate limiting helps manage operational costs
• No direct charges to users at this time
